Guru Nanak Public School, Model Town Extension organized Pre-Yoga Olympiad Trials for CISCE schools of Ludhiana Zone.The trials were organized to select the best players to represent Ludhiana Zone at the Regional Level Yoga Olympiad scheduled to be held in St. Stephen’s Chandigarh from May 15, 2024 to May 18, 2024. The trials were held in 10-14 years Girls & Boys age groups.Students from Sat Paul Mittal, Sacred Heart Jamalpur, Golden Earth Convent School, Mullanpur and GNPS participated in these trials.Asanas were evaluated on the basis of Standing Posture, Sitting Posture, Prone Posture & Supine Posture. Pranayama & Kriya were also evaluated.The selected players will represent CISCE in the NCERT National Yoga Olympiad 2024 scheduled to be held in the month of June this year.
