Guru Nanak Public School Model Town Extension participated in Inter-School Competition organised at Gurudwara Flahi Sahib, Ludhiana. A total of 30 schools took part in the keenly contested competition. Students of GNPS participated in various competitions and brought accolades to the school by winning many prizes. The competitions were organised into four different categories, Primary, Middle, High, and Senior, each designed to engage participants at different level of proficiency. Students participated in Shabad Gayan, Shudh Gurbani Ucharan, Dumala Tying, Turban Tying and Painting Competitions.Winners were honoured with medals, certificates and cash prizes. Team of GNPS won second prize in Shabad Kirtan Gayan Competition. Kivleen Kaur of class IV and Divkirat Singh of class XI attained first and third positions respectively in ‘Shudh Gurbani Ucharan Mukabla’. Jasnoor Singh of class VIII and Manjot Singh of class X attained third position and first position respectively in Turban Tying Competition. In Painting competition, Sargun Kaur of class VIII attained third position whereas Rangelina Kaur of class IX attained first position.Principal Mona Singh appreciated the efforts of students and congratulated them on their success.
