An Inter-House Debate Competition was held in our school for classes X and XI. Students enthusiastically participated in the competition. The topic for the competition was ‘Science – a Blessing or a Curse.’ Participants argued for and against the motion. The participants were well-prepared and presented their arguments and counter-arguments with conviction and clarity. The purpose behind the competition was to enhance their speaking skills including public speaking and critical thinking.
