Guru Nanak Public School, Model Town Extension in collaboration with Sikh Missionary College organised a Dharmik Shikha Contest in the school premises. In the contest, a range of questions related to Sikh Guru Sahib and Sikh history were asked. 271 students of the school participated in this competition wherein 50 students of class I and class II exhibited their oratory skills by appearing in the examination and winning prizes for their outstanding performances. 89 students have distinguished themselves with exceptional academic achievements and also received prestigious certificates for their exemplary performance. Out of these students, 19 students were honoured by giving mementos and certificates. Jashanpreet Singh of Class V has soared to the pinnacle of academic success, attaining the highest possible marks and clinching a distinguished meritorious position. Principal Mona Singh congratulated the students and shared her belief that such competitions would inspire them to stay connected with their heritage and culture.
