Second day of the CISCE Regional Athletic Meet hosted by Guru Nanak Public School, Model Town Extension, Ludhiana was a thrilling array of events, featuring closely knit competition among boys from 11 zones, including NCR, Himachal, Haryana, Chandigarh, and 7 zones from Punjab – Moga, Hoshiarpur, Amritsar & Tarn Taran, Ludhiana, Gurdaspur, Muktsar, and Jalandhar. A total of 575 students participated in this mega event, showcasing their athletic prowess in various events such as Track events, Field events and Relay events. The close-knit events saw fierce competition among the participants, making for an exciting day of athletics.The meet was closed by Sharwan Sehgal, Director, GS Foundation College of Law, Ludhiana, who praised the students for their exceptional performance and sportsmanship. The event concluded with the distribution of medals and certificates to the winners, amidst cheers and applause from the participants and spectators.Principal Mona Singh rendered the vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the participants, officials, and parents for their support and enthusiasm. She commended the students for their outstanding display of talent and teamwork. She also thanked the staff and volunteers for their tireless efforts in making the event a resounding success.
