When an emotion finds its thought and the thought finds its words, a beautiful piece of poetry is conceived.’ To nurture a love for poetry and build oratory confidence in young learners, Guru Nanak Public School, Model Town Extension, Ludhiana recently hosted a Poetry Recitation Competition for the students of Class V in the realms of the three languages -English, Hindi and Punjabi. The event was a lively celebration of rhythm, language and expression, aimed at enhancing communication skills among students while encouraging their creative instincts. Each partipant brought something unique to the stage. The variety in themes ranging from nature, imagination, childhood adventures to patriotism and emotions kept the audience engaged throughout. Each performance was a vibrant mix of creativity, enthusiasm and confidence.
