Guru Nanak Public School, Model Town Extension, Ludhiana celebrated its 43rd Annual Prize Distribution Function (The Primary Wing), with ebullience and zest unfurling the true essence and happiness with the enactment and hues of colours S.Jasbir Singh Ryait , President GNPS Committee graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Principal Mona Singh greeted the parents in her welcome address.
The Chief Guest was accorded a floral welcome by the tiny tots followed by the lamp lighting ceremony and Shabad recital. Achievers from class Nsy-III were felicitated on the occasion.
The event commenced by evoking the blessings of the Lord Ganesha. With the aim to celebrate the diversity of dance, musical recital of tiny toddlers, enactment of fairy tales, Giddha, Bhangra were absolutely magnificent and held the audience spellbound. The item ‘Bhasha Ki Khichdi’ highlighted the craze to migrate to foreign lands. The item on artistic Yoga emphasised the need to exercise to lead a healthy life. The festivities rode to the final crescendo with the most fervent item, Bhangra performed by the senior students followed by the National Anthem
