You, as the cook must bring soul to the recipe”Students of Guru Nanak Public School, Model Town Extension, Ludhiana School donned their ‘Chef Caps’ to exhibit their culinary skills in the “Cooking Without Fire Competition”. Students of Classes IV and V demonstrated remarkable enthusiasm and active participation throughout the activity. The activity aimed to provide a platform for students to showcase their talent and explore new areas of interest. It was conducted with a motive to create awareness about the nutritional value of food. Students prepared yummy, lip-smacking dishes like ‘bhel’ puri, fruit popsicles, sandwiches, sprouted ‘bhel’ and healthy biscuits. They dressed themselves as professional chefs wearing an apron, chef’s cap and gloves to maintain utmost hygiene. They also served the dishes in an artistic manner, a treat to the eyes and a tickle to the taste buds.Principal Mona Singh lauded the students for their commitment and passion, motivating them to engage in more activities that foster their growth and creativity.
