Guru Nanak Public School, Model Town Extension, Ludhiana, held its Investiture Ceremony for the academic session 2026–27 to formally constitute the newly elected Student Council. The chief guest of the event was Jasbir Singh Ryait, President, GNPS Committee.
The ceremony began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, followed by a soulful shabad. A total of 24 student leaders were formally entrusted with responsibilities and adorned with sashes and badges in the presence of guests, faculty, and parents.
Among the key appointees were Jivitesh Saini (XI A), Ekamjot Kaur (XI B), Jeevan Kaur Devgan (X A), Gurleen Kaur (XI D), Rhythm Preet Kaur (XI B) and Bhavleen Kaur (XI B).
Parents proudly placed badges on their wards, making it an emotional moment as they watched their children step into roles of responsibility.
The Principal encouraged the students to lead with integrity, teamwork, and empathy, emphasizing the importance of discipline and accountability in student life.
