Guru Nanak Public School, Model Town Extension, Ludhiana celebrated the auspicious festival of Teej with great enthusiasm and fervour. The event aimed to acquaint the students with the rich heritage of India and the significance of traditional festivals.
Students and staff came dressed in vibrant ethnic attire. The festivities included folk dances, songs, cultural performances, impressing all with their extraordinary talent and unique presentations. Students participated in a beauty and cultural pageant where they showcased not only their traditional attire and grace but also their knowledge of Teej’s cultural significance.
Jeevan Kaur of IX A was declared Miss Teej, while Pariyanshu of XII D and Jasmeen Kaur of XII D were declared First and Second Runners-up, respectively. Navgeet Kaur of VIII A bagged the title of best Ramp Walk. Gurnoor Kaur of XI D won the title of Teej Glamour Queen. Prabhsakhi of X D clinched the title of Miss Elegant.
